Before we begin.
How long does it take?
Essential, 48 hours. Bespoke, 4 days. Wedding website, 7 days. The clock starts once we have all your material.
What do you need from me?
The celebration details (names, date, venues and times), your photos and, if you like, your song. In our first conversation we'll tell you exactly what's missing for your plan.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every invitation includes two rounds of changes before final delivery.
How do I pay?
50% to start and 50% on delivery. You can pay by bank transfer in Colombia (Bancolombia, Nequi) or in Spain (Bizum or bank transfer).
How do my guests receive it?
With a link you send by WhatsApp or email. It opens on any phone, with nothing to download.
How do I know who's coming?
RSVPs arrive in a private list only you can see, and you can download it in Excel.
How long will it stay online?
Your invitation has its own URL. On the Bespoke and Wedding website plans, the photos your guests upload are kept for a year.
Do you plan weddings or events?
We work with wedding planners and event organisers at partner rates. You look after your client; we listen to their story and deliver the invitation ready to send.
